This is a Moroccan all purpose salsa used for marinades or as a finish to my favorite,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.imedialabs.com\/blog\/tajin-bil-hut-moroccan-fish-stew\/\">Moroccan Fish Stew<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>It should be used\u00a0almost immediately after preparation. If not the spices seem to go limp. If used for a marinade it will be fine for a few days.<\/p>\n<p>I use it as a marinade for chicken over couscous or for ANYTHING over couscous !<\/p>\n<p>Combine the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 large cloves garlic<br \/>\n1\/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil<br \/>\nJuice of 2 lemons<br \/>\n1 small to medium onion, coarsely chopped<br \/>\n1-2\/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro with some stems<br \/>\n1\/4\u00a0cup chopped\u00a0Italian parsley with stems<br \/>\n1 1\/2\u00a0 tablespoons sweet paprika<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon salt<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon cumin<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"navigation\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Don\u2019t ya love that name.
